The service we provide
Base Access Logistics, operated by PaperChaseWebb Inc., is a booking and coordination service. We vet and match independent, credentialed drivers, provide flat quotes, coordinate the ride, and handle payment. We are not a transportation carrier. Transportation is provided by independent drivers who hold liability for each ride at all times.
Base access and credentials
You are responsible for holding and presenting your own valid credentials for any installation you travel to or from. We do not sponsor, escort, or vouch for any passenger through a gate. Gate authority belongs solely to the installation, and neither party's admission is guaranteed. If a rider or driver is denied at the gate, the ride cannot proceed. If payment has not been captured, no ride charge is collected. If payment has already been captured for a ride that cannot legally proceed, we review the event and issue the appropriate refund or adjustment.
Fees and payment
There is no pilot startup fee. Each ride is quoted as a flat fare before booking. Payment is held in escrow and released to the driver after the trip completes. Cancel before driver assignment without a charge. Once a driver is assigned, any cancellation fee is confirmed before payment is collected.
Driver relationship and liability
Drivers are independent operators, not employees or agents of Base Access Logistics. Each driver carries their own commercial insurance and is solely responsible for the operation of their vehicle and the safety of the ride. To the extent permitted by law, Base Access Logistics' role is limited to booking, matching, coordination, and payment handling.
