How Base Access Works
Your driver is credentialed for the installation.
Every driver is independently credentialed to reach the base. A ride that cannot clear the gate is not a ride. We match you only with drivers who can.
You bring your own valid credentials.
You hold your access; we do not. We do not sponsor, escort, or vouch you through the gate. You present your own valid credentials, the same as you always would.
Gate authority stays with the installation.
We coordinate both sides but guarantee neither side's admission, because the gate is the gate. That is not fine print. It is the reason this works: everyone at the checkpoint is exactly who they say they are.
End-to-End
Our Vetting Standard
Every driver clears the same standard before they can accept a single ride. Drivers are independent operators who carry their own commercial insurance, and liability for the ride rests with the driver at all times.
Background check
Identity, driving history, and public-record review before a driver can accept rides.
License and insurance
Current driver's license verified, plus the driver's own commercial auto insurance on file.
Base access credential
Driver must hold valid access credentials for the installation they are assigned to serve.
Vehicle inspection
Vehicle condition, cleanliness, seating capacity, and luggage fit are checked before driver activation.
Re-verification
Credentials, license, insurance, and vehicle status are re-checked on a recurring basis and whenever an issue is reported.
