The Pilot · Oahu
Base Access Logistics organizes the credentialed drivers ordinary rideshare cannot reliably identify, then uses ordinary software to schedule and settle the ride. The platform organizes the transaction. The driver provides the transportation. The installation decides who enters.
How a ride works
You request
Submit a ride on the booking form. Pickup, destination, the installation involved, date and time. A request is not a confirmed ride.
We match
An operator checks the roster by installation, credential status, availability, and vehicle, then offers the trip to a qualified driver. No algorithm, a person.
You confirm
You get a flat quote and a confirmation once a driver accepts. Payment is captured in the scheduling step. Nothing is confirmed until you hear back.
Both sides verified
Your driver is credentialed for the installation. You bring your own valid credentials. The gate makes the final call.
What the pilot is, plainly
Where
One controlled Oahu market to start. Tripler, Fort Shafter, Schofield, USCG Sand Island, Bellows. Each installation carries its own access status. There is no single generic base-approved badge.
What credential reviewed means
We record and track that a driver's access, license, and insurance were checked, and when they expire. We do not issue credentials and we do not sponsor anyone through a gate.
Why it is not instant rideshare
These trips are prearranged. Matching a credentialed driver to a gated destination takes coordination that a tap-and-go app cannot reliably do. That coordination is the service.
What we do not guarantee
Admission. Gate authority belongs to the installation. Entry can be denied despite scheduling. We coordinate both sides and guarantee neither side's admission.
Need a ride
Request a base-access ride. A driver is matched and quotes you before anything is confirmed.
